For the record, I've had problems activating non-domain machines (Windows 7 
Ent, 32-bit), even while connected to the UF (or HSC) VPN.  I had to manually 
run the slmgr.vbs script and point it at kms.ad.ufl.edu.  This was within the 
last month, although I can't remember specific dates.
