I strongly recommend the book, "Records Management in the Legal
Environment", by Jean Barr, CRM; Beth Chiaiese, CRM; and Lee R. Nemchek,
CRM.  It's available from the ARMA bookstore and contains a wealth of
information and reference material, including a detailed discussion on
classifications, file organization/arrangement, indexing, and materials.
