I am having a tremendous amount of fun implementing a records governance
plan for SharePoint 2010 in development! Colleagues, this is a blast.
I know the WROX books; here's what I have:

2. MCTS Study Guide Microsoft SharePOint 2010 Configuration
3., 4. (the WROX books), and
5. SharePoint 2010 All-In-One Guide for Dummies (for sometimes translation!).
