1. LIBRARY COMPUTER SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Due to upcoming library system improvements to enhance collaboration and efficiency:
*UBorrow (direct requests from SUS libraries) will be unavailable from June 15-28
*Renewals, hold requests, and account features will be unavailable from June 22-28
*Item availability information in the catalog will also be unavailable from June 22-28.
Please renew or return your books before June 22 if they are coming due soon.
Online renewals can be made (before the interruption) by going to http://uf.catalog.fcla.edu/uf.jsp and clicking on "renewals/library account."
All databases, digital collections and electronic journals (HAPI, DLOC, JSTOR, etc.) should function normally. This work will mainly affect the catalog and circulation systems.
Patrons will benefit from the improvements to an online catalog shared by the various state university libraries in Florida, which may already be consulted at: http://union.catalog.fcla.edu/ux.jsp .
