Subject: Electronic Recordkeeping Software


I am researching the electronic recordkeeping software (ERS) space for a MBA
course at George Washington University.  Our group is interested in getting
feedback from those that have looked at obtaining (or are currently using)
ERS.  How important is orderly retention and disposition of electronic
records?  What vendors have you reviewed?  What are the differences in the
products offered?  What capabilities are needed, but not yet offered by the
products on the market?
