For a class project, we're gathering information on the impact of beach renourishment on sea turtles on the US East Coast, particularly North Carolina.

Any information about any aspect of this issue would be greatly appreciated.  Also, if you are part of a community group or have commented on the permitting process, any information about your experiences or comments would be most appreciated.
