I am fed up with Medicare!!  Currently, I am investigating a possible class
action suit and/or possibly speaking with the US Attorney's office
regarding criminal violations.  I have employed our state Senator in the
fight and urge the same EVERYWHERE!  The countless thousands that Medicare
has refused or drug their feet to reimburse is literally strangulating our
small practice!

I am certain I am not alone!  It is time that the people stop being afraid
or timid regarding OUR government!  Afterall, does your mortgage company,
staff, etc. mind if you pay them when you get good and ready and if you
decide not to, is that OK?!  If as a company or individual you have
encountered the same problems in getting properly submitted claims filed
paid and/or you would be interested in joining a possible legal fight,
