I too am also trying to configure my Sprint HTC Touch Pro (WM 6.1) to
connect to the UF VPN. The instructions on the site seem to be geared
toward a commercial VPN client that isn't free. I did download the trial
version and tried to configure it, but the instructions seem a bit outdated.
Nonetheless, I know that WM6.1 has a built in VPN client and was able to use
it to connect to my personal VPN server at home, but not UF's. Albeit I'm
using a PP2P VPN connection while UF uses IPSec...
Thanks,
Chris Rakaczky

Subject: WM6 VPN Setup
Heya,
I'm trying to configure the VPN in WM6 to the the UF VPN system. Im not sure
exactly how to dot this. Im following the instructins on this page
https://net-services.ufl.edu/~ns/provided_services/vpn/vpn-install.html#pock
etpcl2tp along with the addendums from the official release email. I think I
have the configuration correct it is as follows:
Name: Gatorlink VPN
Host name/IP: beta.vpn.ufl.edu
VPN Type: IPSec/L2TP
Authenticate through a pre-shared key I got from the CNS site
Username: [log in to unmask]
Password: my GL PW
Domain: (BLANK)
When I try to connect it get an error saying "VPN Server Problems" (very
helpful).
