Content-Type: text/html Trish, with a Masters degree you need 2 years of broad-based professional RIM experience to be accepted to sit for the ICRM examinations. Unless your military experience was "professional RIM" in nature, it will not count towards experience required by the ICRM. Best regards, Steve Steven D. Whitaker, CRM Records Systems Manager; City of Reno >>> [log in to unmask] 6/23/2009 11:23 AM >>> Hello ~ I hope someone out there can help me; I need help with the Navy or veterans affairs. I am trying to get approved to take the CRM. I have my master's degree, so I need to two years of professional experience. I have a year in my present job (I was a cop for five years) and was going to use my Naval service for about three and half years. I contacted a Chief Petty Officer here in St. Louis who told to write the required letters and he was positive he could get them signed by the Master Chief in the office. Well, apparently he is retiring soon and has lost interest in my letters and me. He has passed my request on to some other Chief Petty Officer, whom is now telling me they can't help me. I have the letters ready and I can prove I was in the Navy does anyone know where I can get them signed. Thanks, Trisha L.
