Several years ago, the Chemistry Department established a separate Organic Chemistry sequence for Chemistry and Biochemistry majors only, CHM 2212-2213. The intent was to give more personalized instruction to our majors. Instead of 200+ students in a large lecture hall for CHM 2210 and 2211, Chemistry and Biochemistry majors can learn in a small-class scenario (generally fewer than 50 students).
