But IMHO until you remove the ability to print (printers, copiers, fax machines, multi-functional, etc.) you will never get to the paperless office. I've read about a number of initiatives that talk about going paperless (you can search the listserve archives for discussions on this very topic) but I haven't come across one that has been totally effective or successful. Replacing them with MFPs may help but the fact that many business processes will be greatly impacted, means that change will be difficult.
