Here is another survey of community identification methods, accepted for
publication but not quite out yet:

Santo Fortunato: Community detection in graphs
Physics Reports (2009)
http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.physrep.2009.11.002

It is fairly new and quite long (~100 pages,~400 references), but
informative.

Enjoy,
Richard

Dear all,

while necessarily incomplete and not overly recent, this survey is
informative on the method's side of things [200+ references]:

Satu Elisa Schaeffer: Graph Clustering
Computer Science Review 1(1):27-64, 2007
http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.cosrev.2007.05.001

Enjoy,

B.
