I am interested in some of this same information so I can get feedback from
my faculty.

I do have a rough form I can share later this morning with you (can't get to
the network right now)--but if you get anything, would you please share?

Look for an attache file later this PM.

Subject: Faculty evaluation of administrators

Hi all,

I am looking for a model for faculty evaluation of administrators. At Pikes
Peak Community College, faculty evaluate their deans and and the president
formally and on a regular basis. However, there has been faculty interest
in evaluating other administrators, including the vice presidents. We
understand there are some legal parameters, but I was wondering if anyone is
aware of some process for providing feedback to administrators in a formal

Thanks in advance for any input.
