Sunbelt registrations and INSNA membership fees and Social Network subscription renewals
done over the web and paid by Visa or Mastercard are processed through the Bank of Nova
Scotia at Simon Fraser University.
If you used the web to register for the Sunbelt conference or if you filled out registration forms
on paper at the conference in New Orleans, you will see a charge to your credit card on the
statement that came after the transaction was made.
Please do not dispute these charges unless you know that you did not register for the Sunbelt
conference or renew your INSNA membership or your Social Networks subscription by filling
out a paper form at the conference in New Orleans.
Because of the large number of paper registrations and renewals filled out at the conference
and because many people renewed INSNA or JSN on the Sunbelt conference form rather
than on the INSNA/JSN form, (and because of heavy exam grading and scholarship adjudication
duties) it is taking longer than expected for me to process all of these forms.
If you see a charge for Simon Fraser University and you think it is in error, please contact
me before you dispute the charge. This will reduce the number of times I have to ask people
to register and pay a second time.
