Dear all,

I'm looking for statistics on how people find out about different social
services. Specifically, I'm looking for the percentage of people who find
out about these services from friends and family (as opposed to sources such
as referral from a professional, advertising, directories, etc.) The
services I'm most interested in are:

1. Individual and family counseling
2. Assistance for older adults
3. K-12 education
4. Food programs
