Hi,

>>my list only includes the Wakulla unit (the seven miles of road mentioned
above)<<

Actually, that's the Saint Marks Unit. The access points for SMNWR follow,
listed from east to west (all run off of 98 except Purify Bay Road):

Saint Marks Unit
1. Mandalay Road (In Taylor County on the Aucilla River).
2. Lighthouse Road ("The Refuge").

Wakulla Unit
3. Shell Point Road (and the roads off it: Live Oak Island Road, Cutoff
Road, Kortengay Road).
4. Wakulla Beach Road.

Panacea Unit
5. Purify Bay Road (Medart; off of Jack Crum Road/CR-375, which also skims
the edge of the refuge).
6. Skipper Bay Road (N of Panacea).
7. Bottoms Road (Panacea).
8. Otter Lake Road (Panacea).

As you can see, there are a lot of ways to bird Saint Marks NWR!
