PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
Provide ongoing supplier/vendor management for enterprise-wide Records
Management Program. Responsible for the initial identification of program
opportunities, development and negotiation of programs and their operational
parameters. Work with business units to define requirements. Negotiate
business deal and contractual service levels with supplier(s). Identify other
enterprise-wide records management opportunities, identify process
requirements, workflow, develop program, communicate and implement. Identify
and track savings.
Responsible for the daily operational relationship between suppliers and/or
the GMACR internal clients enterprise-wide.
Ensure smooth operation of the ongoing relationship and manage the
supplier’s/vendor’s performance to established SLA’s.
Negotiate contract and fees with suppliers and/or vendors created by process
Act as liaison and advocate of internal clients who interact with program.
Negotiate service level adjustments to existing program agreements, modify
programs, develop contract.
Communicate perimeters to business units.
Partner with our suppliers and/or vendors and our customers to develop
tracking of activity and reporting of program to ensure service levels are
developed and maintained.
Manage the internal demand management to ensure that the procurement program
benefits are being fully realized.
Develop initiatives and recommendations for integrating record management
Perform non-compliance review and develop plan including communications to
bring non-compliant users into program.
Support corporate initiatives.

College degree preferred or equivalent 3 –5 year experience in a relationship
management position, contract, program and SLA development, and process
Five years experience in supervising or managing processes or departments.
Real estate or mortgage banking courses helpful.
Salary: USD 59,000.00 to USD 79,000.00 per year
