Greetings, all. Lauren Pasquarella Daley and I will be facilitating an
exciting counseling group on behalf of the Career Resource Center...and I'd
like to invite you to participate. The group will meet for six sessions,
during which we will use dreamwork to elicit direction for your career path.

SMILES Interviewing Conference
Saturday, January 25, 2003, from 8:30 am - 4:00 pm in the Reitz Union
Would you like to improve your interviewing skills? Need to prepare for an
upcoming interview? Want to learn how to best market yourself at Showcase?
The University of Florida Career Resource Center will be conducting a
one-day Interviewing Conference (a free service provided to University of
Florida students and alumni) in conjunction with the SMILE (Sharpening My
Interviewing to Lure Employment) Program.
Practice and preparation are essential for interview success and the SMILE
Conference recognizes the importance of actively engaging students in the
art of interviewing. From the moment we see your smiling faces, you'll be
smothered with treats, attention, knowledge, sensitivity, and genuine care.
This dynamic one-day conference will consist of the following:
- Networking Exercises & Icebreakers
- Welcome/Opening Remarks: Enjoy an inspirational introduction to the world
- Exciting Keynote Speaker: This motivational speaker will pump you up
- SMILE Website Unveiling: Learn how you can access this interactive,
- Educational Tracks/Interviewing Workshops: These technique/strategy
sessions will provide something for everyone regardless of interviewing
