I've been using Ucinet to calculate egocentric measures on inmate data that we collected the past couple of years. In running the structural hole measures, I found several networks resulting in constraints (sum of individual constraints) surpassing 1. Doesn't this coefficient vary between 0 and 1? I couldn't find any problems with my matrices. Could this be a problem with the algorithm?
