This version brings some improvements needed to
work with a (real-life) network with 5 millions of vertices
(for example, inputing network without labels
and adding labels later to smaller subnetworks).
Besides this there are some additional options in
the support of R. Also, the ALL option in the degrees
routine is redefined so that it counts edges only
once.
