I looked at createsurvey.com, and as I thought, you CAN specify
check boxes where respondent can check as many responses as
he/she wishes. The remaining question that is relevant for
network studies (largish networks) is "how many check boxes is
the maximum you can put on a question?" I have no idea about
this, but the directions mention "several."
