Hi Graeme,

I am currently working on a research project about the role of social capital in regional innovation systems. I am also doing some network analysis - but as well am using some qualitative methods because I am dealing with a complex context-specific concept that I don't really think can adequately be analysed without a series of in-depth interviews of regional actors.

For what it is worth, I would suggest that you complement your SNA with some interviews, or even conduct your interviews first to identify key elements.
