Records Coordinator

A mid-size Washington, DC law firm is recruiting for a Records Coordinator
position.  This is an international firm with over 10 branch offices.  Their
larger practices areas include antitrust, intellectual property,
legislative, and labor and employment.   The Records Coordinator works
closely with the Records Manager developing firm-wide Records Management
initiatives, protocols, and practices for managing records to including the
database management system (LegalKey), retention schedule development and
implementation, procedure writing, and training initiatives for the firm.

Candidates must have law firm records management systems experience and
records retention experience, be detail-oriented, have strong leadership
skills, and have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have
knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. LegalKey or other records
management software experience is necessary.  The salary for this position
