CAREER RESOURCE CENTER ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR GRADUATE STUDENTS



WORKSHOP & DISCUSSION SERIES FOR GRADUATE STUDENTS

 The CRC offers a series of workshops to help with all of your job search
needs, including job search correspondence, curriculum vita and resume
writing, organizing and preparing for the job search, interviewing
techniques, creating professional portfolios, and exploring academic and
industry career options. Dates & times of some upcoming workshops are:



* Exploring Options Outside Academia - Thursday November 18th at 12:50 pm.



* Developing Your Portfolio - Thursday December 2nd at 12:50 pm.



Pre-registration is not required for the workshops, although space is
limited so please arrive early if you can. The Career Resource Center is
located on the first floor of the Reitz Union. All workshops last about an
hour and are held in the CRC Workshop Room, CRC 160.



CREDENTIALS SERVICE - REMINDER

For all graduate students using our credentials service, the last day to
make a request this semester (Fall 2004) is FRIDAY DECEMBER 10th due to the
university's holiday schedule. Please plan ahead! Thank you.
