IF YOU INTEND TO GRADUATE IN SPRING 2004
1. For students who have not yet submitted an application to graduate, the
late degree application deadline for Spring 2004 term is WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY
25 at 5:00 p.m., if approved by your department and college. Submit to the
Graduate School Records Office in 106 Grinter Hall. The form is online at
http://www.reg.ufl.edu/pdf/latedeginfo.pdf  There is no fee.  NOTE: Late
degree applications will not be accepted by the Graduate School after this
date. Students who miss this deadline may "clear prior" for Summer 2004.

2. All changes to the Supervisory Committee including a change from thesis
to nonthesis, and requests by departments for Transfer of Credit must be
completed by WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 25.

3. Resolution of problem grades (Incompletes or NG) must be completed by
TUESDAY, APRIL 20 by 3:00 p.m.. Contact your department to resolve any
outstanding issues; they will work with the Graduate School on your behalf.

4. Students are required to have a 3.00 GPA overall AND 3.00 GPA in the
major (and minor, if applicable) to graduate.
