Hello all,
I am trying to compute the network centralization measure
for a given network. The values as output by UCINET are

When I use the formula as described in UCINET help that reads
For a given binary network with vertices v1....vn and maximum degree
centrality cmax, the network degree centralization measure is S(cmax -
c(vi)) divided by the maximum value possible, where c(vi) is the degree
centrality of vertex vi.
I get a value of 15.86% but the UCINET value is 36.89% Can anyone tell
me where I am going wrong? Your response will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Sama.
