Q: The web site will not let me renew my INSNA membership. What
should i do?
A: I'm working on this now and will have a "Renew" button in a week or
so. In the
meantime, you have two choices:
1) wait a week or so and you will be able to click on a "Renew" button
2) fill out a new form as if you were joining (you can do this now)
I'd prefer you choose option #1 because there will be a lot less work
for me in the end;
there will only be one entry for you in the database; you'll see a
record of your membership
and subscription all in one place.
Several people have forged ahead with option #2 over the past nine or
This works, but an extra entry for them is added to the database each
time they do this.
I have to find the duplicate entries and alter the old ones so I can
tell which one is
current. There will be still more work in the coming months as I try to
find all the extra
entries and eliminate them.
