Hi again,

 I found a copy of "Ethics of Network Data Collection: A Report on the Sunbelt
Session," by Charles Kadushin and Session participants, which mentions that
"[a]ll this will be eventually written up for Social Networks," but I have
been unable to find any follow-up article, either searching back issues of
Social Networks or in a general search. Was it ever published or is it still
in the works?

Any other references to ethics and SNA (specifically in a business context)
besides Borgatti's "Ethics and Strategic Issues" would also be appreciated
(I've tried Google, ProQuest, etc.. of course).
