on an odd related aside, if such research does exist, is there any
information looking at transport agnostic communications? specifically,
breaking out such channels as instant message, email, etc..?
if folks are interested, there was actually some research done on this area
- summarized last year in a few articles at newscientist.com related to
lying behavior (by mode of transport) - though not specific to the
telephone game...
