Subject: CLAS committee members
To: [log in to unmask]
Dear organizational leaders,
The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences has asked CLASSC to select three student members for the Teaching/Advising Award Committee this year. The committee will go over the nomination
packets and then meet to select the winners from the college and forward
three names to be considered for the University teacher/advisor of the
year award. They will meet between now and the end of the term, with one
meeting probably held during final's week, just to get the work done. Whoever can help should have the time available to do this. Interested parties should leave their contact information (including their email addresses), which CLAS area they fall under (natural and biological sciences, social sciences, or humanities), and a brief description as to why they would like to participate in this committee at the CLASSC office (119 Academic Advising or leave in an envelope addressed to CLASSC at the Academic Advising front desk) or email this information to [log in to unmask] by 5 pm Monday, November 15th.
Please forward this information out on your organizational listserves. Thank you.
