2) Intern in Israel this Summer

The Professional Internship program places students and young adults (ages 19-30) in reputable Israeli firms as well as social and governmental organizations. Interns work for 2-6 months in their field of study for 20 hours a week. We have placed interns at well over 150 organizations over the past few years, and sent nearly 100 interns this year so far. The program is an excellent resume builder. You can find more information on the program including an abridged list of previous intern placements, as well as a downloadable application at www.IsraelPrograms.org/stagerim.htm.

3)Attention College Students…
Wanna Go back to Israel This Summer?

This summer join hundreds of young adults in Israel boosting your resume with a professional internship of your choice, learning Hebrew or volunteering on a Kibbutz, experiencing outdoor adventure, navigation and training, volunteering with the Israeli firefighter corps, or getting hands-on medical experience as an emergency first responder with Magen David Adom volunteers.

The Israel Programs Center offers inexpensive programs that will cater to your needs and interests and allow you to experience Israel “Just The Way You Want". Scholarships are available.

THE LETTER

MEMORANDUM

TO:
Deans, Directors and Department Chairs

FROM:
Joe Glover, Interim Provost

SUBJECT:
Study Abroad in Israel

The International Center will resume assisting UF students to study abroad in Israel. This decision is part of an ongoing review of study abroad and international opportunities and is motivated by
continuing student interest in credit-bearing educational experiences in Israel. Students wishing to study in Israel should consult their academic advisors to discuss how it can be incorporated into their degree programs and should discuss with the International Center's Study Abroad Advisors the options that are
available.

:-) Keep that smile on your face, Have a nice day.
