I appreciate the plug for Network Insight; it's free, but the latest version
is not always available cross-platform (Mac OSX Native). It does support a
few graph algorithms, too: K-K spring embedders, hierarchical layered/rings,
etc. It is based upon my own visual basic libraries.
If you *are* on the Mac, I believe OmniGraffle / OmniOutliner does support a
drag-and-drop web site relationship graphing tool.
