We, too, have just started using TutorTrac and are very happy with the
results! Feedback from tutors and patrons has been overwhelmingly positive.

We have just begun using TutorTrac so are working out the kinks, but we
expect it to help tremendously this semester as far as collecting data
for us. It helps to have an extremely good tech person on your staff,
but once it's set up, it seems to be easy to use, as long as the tutors
and tutees remember to log in and out!

Perhaps you should check out www.tutortrac.com. Although we don't
currently use the program at our institution, I have been fighting for
it since attending a conference in which their program was introduced. I
believe this program will be quite beneficial in helping you keep track
of the data.
