Hello all,
I am in the beginning of my PhD in Business Administration at Simon Fraser
University, in super natural British Columbia. I am studying the effects of
a few different network characteristics on the growth of high-tech start
ups. I was asked by my supervisor to estimate a budget for any resources I
need to conduct my research. From the general buzz on the list-serv it
sounds like UCINet and associated plotting software are most popular. Beyond
that I am slightly overwhelmed by the list on the INSNA website.
Has anyone come up with ballpark figures to budget for software, (hardware,
) or training for social network analysis with regards to the study of
entrepreneurship, or social business incubation? I need to provide an
estimate by Wednesday. Sorry if that doesn't fit your feedback timeframe.
Best regards,
Martin Bliemel
