SOCIAL NETWORK SESSION at 2006 ISA World Congress of Sociology.
Final call for papers; deadline: 30 September 2005.
The theme of the first ISA World Congress of Sociology in Africa is The
Quality of Social Existence in a Globalising World. Within the Research
Committee on Logic and Methodology (RC33), a session devoted to SOCIAL
NETWORK ANALYSIS is planned.
We invite papers on ego-centered and/or complete network data,
analytical tools for static and/or dynamic networks, ranging from
applied to theoretical contributions. A methodological flavour as well
as a relationship to the conference theme might render your paper a
must-accept, but none of the two are strictly required.
If you are interested in participation, please send an abstract to the
session chair, Dr. Christian Steglich (e-mail [log in to unmask])
before September 30th, 2005.
