Dear all,

I would like to know if there is any current study/project on analyzing ties between U.S. NGOs and Latin American NGOs/Governmental organizations working in the fields of Education or Health.

I would appreciate any pointer as to where to find references of studies looking at these supporting (usually financial) networks.
