*Michigan State University.* *The Department of Community, Agriculture,
Recreations and Resource Studies (CARRS) is a multidisciplinary
department that addresses critical issues at the interfaces of
agriculture, natural resources, recreation, and communities both
domestically and internationally. We are open to a broad range of
content and expertise areas. The two successful tenure-stream Assistant
Professor candidates will be expected to develop a nationally recognized
program of scholarly research, teaching and outreach relevant to
community, food and agricultural systems. The minimum qualification is a
Ph.D. in a relevant field; post-terminal degree experience preferred but
not required. Deadline for applications is January 6, 2006 or until
suitable candidates are identified.
