UF Graduate School Data Management is seeking a half-time (.50 FTE) graduate
assistant for Fall 2006, with the possibility of reappointment for Spring
2007 and beyond.
Duties include programming new UF Graduate School computer applications,
updating existing ones and providing support for customer service and daily
office operations.
The assistant must have a working understanding of .Net, SQL, Access and
Visual Basic. Knowledge of Visual Studio and C# is a plus. Professionalism,
self-drive, strong communication skills, attentiveness to detail and the
ability to multitask are a must.
The assistant will work 20 hours a week between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Monday through Friday, adjusted to his or her class schedule, as of the
start of the Fall 2006 semester.
This assistantship includes a nine-credit graduate tuition waiver and a
biweekly stipend.
