Russia, is trying to increase the cost of natural gas to the
Ukraine. From one angle it looks like Russia has a much stronger
bargaining position -- yet, Ukraine is a key bridge in the flow of
natural gas from Russia to Europe -- Queen Between? Both Ukraine and
EU receive about 30% of their natural gas from Russia.
