We could use help with the E-Week Table. The table will be in the Reitz
Union Grand Ballroom, this coming Tuesday from 9 am to 7 pm and Wednesday
from 9 am to 2 pm. We could really use a few more folks on Tuesday after
11:30 am me if you can spend an hour or two at the table.
We will have a display featuring the anaerobic digesters and feedstocks,
our display board from last semester, and flyers about the society and the
Biofuels and Bioenergy Lecture Series.

Subject: E-Week Tabling for BEST
Brian Please forward this on the BEST listserve.
Ok, so here's the schedule for the E-Fair.
Setup Monday evening + Tuesday morning
9am to 7pm Tues.
9am to 2pm Wed.
Brian B. will setup shop. Brian and Brian will table from about
9am to 11:30am. After that on Tuesday, I can table pretty much
the whole time. I'd really appreciate someone coming to relieve
me for a hour or 2 just so I could get some food and in case of
Emergency E-week stuff. Email me if you'd like to table anytime
Tuesday or Wednesday.
I can be there from 9:30 until 12:30. Then James will come and
take over for an hour until 1:30. Brian can table after that,
until 2. I guess Brian will do the takedown as well.
Stuff we need. Plenty of cool looking jars with digestate,
Biodiesel, Glycerine, (ethanol?) in them. Lots of pictures of the
AD digester at the DRU. Lets get some big clear beakers with
clear water and live hyacinth, water lettuce, lyngbya, pennywort,
and whatever else we want to display. Clear water will make it
easy to see the roots (even if it's not the truly best growth
medium for these plants). The digester (maybe Spudnik?) will be
there. I'll check on the flame thing tonight b/c I recall ChemE
using a flame for one demo.
Stuff we don't need. Smelly Fumes + Balloons filled with
