Hmmm, i think that the easiest ways to respond to threats to democracy
are themselves threats to democracy. I thus still don't agree to say that
SNA is neutral wrt democracy.
Computer-aided management of (huge amount of) personal data
is hardly a 'Big-Brother-safe' way to respond to threats to democracy,
even if i agree it may be hard to avoid (still it's important to keep this
in mind and not just pretend it's nothing but a neutral tool).
