measures such as Pagerank which are related to the eigenvector
centrality can be turned into personalized rankings by using a biased
damping vector in the power iteration used to compute the ranking.
I'd like to ask whether anyone knows any results which give a
quantitative insight into the influence of this biased damping vector,
or a decomposition of the centrality into an unbiased and a biased part.
There are works on the influence of the weight of a uniform vector, but
I haven't found anything so far pertaining to the question above.
Thanks and regards,
