Hi,
I am wondering if somebody knows a tool or Matlab script to draw the
network correlation profile 2D plot like what Pastor-Satorras and
Vespignani did in their paper?

I already found the Matlab script that Sergei Maslov used to draw the
2D histogram, but I want to see how my data looks like in a 2D plot.
