Commercial construction is embracing the "green" wave benefiting
from energy and resource savings, environmental health aspects,
corporate ethics (oxymoron?), and improved image. Green buildings
seem socioeconomically acceptable now. Interestingly enough,
commercial buildings consume 1/3 of the nation's electricity!
