Dear All:
   
  I would like to consult all of you how to divide a 50/50 matrix (organizations/organizations) to different blocks. I know there is a "block" function in the Ucinet. but I don't know how to use it. ..or how to divide those org relationships into 4 or more blocks.....
  Second, after identifying those blocks, how can I find the connection among those blocks in Ucinet. which function i can use?
