Reminders:

1. First submission deadline for dissertations: October 15. 

2. First submission deadline for theses: November 5.

3. Final Approval Deadline for all: December 4

4. There are several resources available to assist you. For questions about
formatting and style requirements, reference systems, and copyright

NOTE! While technical assistance and training in the use of our templates,
access to computers with the appropriate conversion software and technical
consultation about the conversion and submission process remain uncharged
services available to all graduate students, we are pleased to announce the
availability of two new services:

1. Thesis/Dissertation Formatting
   ETD Consultant formats thesis/dissertation

   $35.00/hr

   1 hr min.

The Application Support Center offers graduate students the option of hiring
a consultant to format their manuscript for first submission. PLEASE NOTE!
This service is NOT available less than one week prior to the applicable
first submission deadline. The fee for this service is $35.00/hr with a one
hour minimum. The service includes formatting only. No editorial advice on
content or usage is offered.

2. PDF Conversion/Submission
   Review thesis/dissertation and convert to PDF and oversee submission

   $15.00
   Re-submission (if Editorial Office finds errors in first submission)

   No Charge

After your document has been reviewed by the Graduate School Editorial
Office and the required corrections have been made, you may choose to hire
ASC for Format Review, PDF Conversion and Submission. This is a one time
$15.00 fee. Any further formatting changes required by the Editorial Office,
reconverting and submitting are done by ASC at no additional charge.
