I'm not sure we're talking about the same stuff. I have heat sink
"thermal grease". What I need to fix my i845 heatsink is a thermal
adhesive to hold the heatsink on the chip where the normal anchoring hooks
have broken/fallen out of the motherboard. I've never used the stuff, but
AFAIK, it always comes in 2 tubes or syringes, has to be mixed and then
used within minutes, and has a limited shelf life after each tube is
opened.
