Yes,
Dellarocas's seminal paper is "THE DIGITIZATION OF WORD-OF-MOUTH"
(google it). Dellarocas, Resnick, and Varian, are all required
reading here at umich (this semester in fact).
Also, I will be working with Resnick here @ umich this semester, and
am happy to be a resource for anyone here who wants me to ask him
anything. Besides, the more I ask, the more I learn.
