Hello Social Networks community!
I am part of a grant to study women who are trying to begin their
faculty careers in science, engineering, and mathematics fields. One of
the measures we would like to study is their social networks.
I had a social networks course about 8 years ago, so am very rusty, and
I expect the field to have advanced since I was in grad school. I am
looking at Humax Assessment (http://www.humaxnetworks.com) as a tool to
collect social network information (name generator, individual networks
-- not positional) on these women. Does anyone have any experience or
opinions on their service? Or do you have other instruments and/or
tools that you can recommend that are user friendly?
Thank you for your help!
Kim
