This may be more than you wanted to know, but here goes:

Do you have an in-house English language screening mechanism for students?
Do you have ESL courses or writing courses offered especially for
international students?
HERE AT TALLAHASSEE COMMUNITY COLLEGE IN FLORIDA IN OUR COLLEGE PREP DEPARTMENT, WE OFFER ONLY TWO ACADEMIC CLASSES FOR SECOND LANGUAGE LEARNERS. WE NOW CALL THEM EAP (ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE FOR ACADEMIC PURPOSES). WHILE THEY ARE BOTH PRIMARILY WRITING CLASSES, WE ALSO INCLUDE READING, SPEAKING, AND LISTENING ACTIVITIES.
THE FIRST LEVEL IS HIGH BEGINNING/LOW INTERMEDIATE, AND THE SECOND LEVEL IS HIGH INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED. THESE STUDENTS TAKE THE SAME PLACEMENT TEST AS EVERYONE ELSE, AND THE SCORES DETERMINE AT WHICH LEVEL THE STUDENTS BEGIN. THE CLASS PROGRESSION IS LEVEL 1, LEVEL 2, THEN COLLEGE ENGLISH. LEVEL 2 STUDENTS (LIKE ALL COLLEGE PREP ENGLISH STUDENTS) MUST PASS A TWO-PART STATE EXIT EXAM WHICH INCLUDES PARAGRAPH WRITING AND GRAMMAR.

Do you have ESL dedicated tutors?
AT PRESENT, WE HAVE TWO CENTERS FOR WRITING. THE ENGLISH SKILLS CENTER IS DEDICATED TO COLLEGE PREP STUDENTS, AND THE WRITING CENTER IS FOR COLLEGE LEVEL ENGLISH AS WELL AS ALL OTHER COLLEGE LEVEL CLASSES. EACH CENTER HAS ONE EAP EXPERT, BUT ALL TUTORS ULTIMATELY WORK WITH SOME ESL STUDENTS.

Do you have programming at your college that helps international
students develop social networks on campus?
Do you have programming that goes beyond welcoming international
students to celebrating them in some way?
1) WE HAVE A VERY DEDICATED INTERNATIONAL STUDENT COUNSELOR WHO IS ALSO THE SPONSOR FOR THE INTERNATIONAL STUDENT ORGANIZATION (ISO). THROUGH THE YEARS, SHE HAS DEVELOPED QUITE A PROGRAM. EVERY MONTH THROUGHOUT THE FALL AND SPRING SEMESTERS, SHE HAS AT LEAST ONE ACTIVITY FOR THE STUDENTS. SOMETIMES IT'S JUST MEETING AT A RESTAURANT TO CELEBRATE EVERYONE WHO HAS HAD A BIRTHDAY THAT MONTH. SOMETIMES IT'S A FIELD TRIP (TUBING DOWN A RIVER, VISITING AN AMUSEMENT PARK, ETC.).
2) ONCE A YEAR, ISO SPONSORS A MAJOR FESTIVAL WHICH HIGHLIGHTS ONE COUNTRY, BUT ALL ISO STUDENTS PARTICIPATE. WHEN WE STARTED HAVING THIS FESTIVAL, STAFF AND FACULTY MAINLY ATTENDED. NOW, IT'S GROWN SO LARGE THAT WE INVITE THE WHOLE COMMUNITY. OF COURSE, THERE IS A FEE TO ATTEND. USUALLY A MAJOR DANCE AND/OR MUSIC GROUP FROM THE HIGHLIGHTED COUNTRY PERFORMS. SOME STUDENTS LIKE TO WEAR THEIR NATIVE ATTIRE. THE ISO STUDENTS PREPARE FOOD, AND AREA RESTAURANTS ALSO DONATE FOOD. THERE ARE BOOTHS SET UP WITH INFO ABOUT DIFFERENT AREAS OF THE HIGHLIGHTED CULTURE. THE MOST EXCITING PART OF THE FESTIVAL IS THE PARADE OF NATIONS. THE ISO SPONSOR ACQUIRES THE FLAGS FROM ALL THE COUNTRIES REPRESENTED (USUALLY 60+). THE STUDENTS CARRY THEIR OWN FLAGS, MARCH AROUND THE ROOM, AND INTRODUCE THEMSELVES IN THEIR NATIVE LANGUAGE. IT'S AN AMAZING SIGHT, AND THE STUDENTS ARE ALWAYS SO PROUD TO REPRESENT THEIR HOME COUNTRIES. SOMETIMES, I HAVE THE STUDENTS WRITE ABOUT THEIR EXPERIENCE AS A CLASS ASSIGNMENT.
3) INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION WEEK IS SOME TIME IN THE FALL, AND WE ALWAYS HAVE SEVERAL ACTIVITIES PLANNED DURING THAT WEEK AS WELL. ONE IS AN INTERNATIONAL CAFÉ AT WHICH STUDENTS SET UP BOOTHS OF THEIR COUNTRIES. VISITORS GET "PASSPORTS" AT THE DOOR AND HAVE THEM "STAMPED" AS THEY GO FROM COUNTRY TO COUNTRY. SOME INSTRUCTORS ON CAMPUS MAKE ATTENDANCE AT THIS ACTIVITY PART OF THEIR COURSE CURRICULUM TO GIVE OUR NATIVE STUDENTS AN IDEA OF THE VARIETY OF CULTURES ON OUR CAMPUS.
